Social Skills Group for Teens

A neurodiversity-affirming group for teens who are ready to make meaningful social connections without fear of judgement or rejection.

Social skills aren’t only important for helping teens to make friends and build/maintain relationships—they also play a significant role in teens' mental and emotional health.

Our Teen Social Skills Group will help your child…

  • Learn how to use appropriate conversational skills and make connections with others through humor, respect, and the sharing of common interests.

  • Gain a better understanding of their peers’ emotions and help them to express their own feelings in a healthy way.

  • Become equipped with the skills to handle tough situations and conflicts, such as arguments, disagreements, rejection, teasing, and bullying.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with others who can relate to them in a safe, honest, and supportive environment.
