Teen Group Therapy

An interpersonal process group for high school teens ages 14-18 who are looking to better understand themselves through their interactions with others.

Group members will be able to explore their communication styles, their friendship and relationships patterns, and practice sharing and receiving feedback from other teens with similar goals

Teenagers face a lot of different challenges during this pivotal time in their development—there are hormonal changes, new academic and social pressures, family conflicts, societal expectations, and more.

Our Teen Therapy Group will help your teen…

  • Build invaluable social and emotional skills, such as conflict resolution, problem solving, and emotion identification and expression.

  • Openly talk about and explore important topics such as self esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, challenging family dynamics, friendship issues, and other mental health challenges.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with other teens who can relate to the struggles they are facing in a safe, honest, and supportive environment.
