Do you feel stuck in an exhausting battle to feel more in control of your life?
Maybe you’re tired of always feeling like everybody else's second choice, even when you give your all to your relationships; or maybe you're chasing perfection, only to find some new flaw that needs fixing. Whether this manifests as panic attacks, disordered eating, depressive episodes, or all of the above, I'm here to tell you that you don’t have to do this alone. It is possible to break free from the cycles that are holding you back and find the health and happiness that you deserve.
With training in both mental health and nutrition, I take a holistic approach to therapy while also utilizing evidence-based methods such as CBT and motivational interviewing. Together we’ll identify the barriers that are holding you back and behind to work towards self-acceptance, balance, and a life that feels more peaceful.
If you’re ready to feel more in control, heal from the inside out, and start embracing your body, I’m here to help. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can open up without fear of judgment. Even if you aren't ready to jump fully in, I promise to meet you where you're at! Recovery is possible, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
