An interpersonal process group for high school girls ages 14-17 who are looking to connect with their peers in a safe, supportive environment

Teenage girls face a lot of different challenges during this pivotal time in their development—there are hormonal changes, new academic and social pressures, family conflicts, societal expectations, and more.

Our Teen Girls Group will help your teen…

  • Build invaluable social and emotional skills, such as conflict resolution, problem solving, and emotion identification and expression.

  • Openly talk about and explore important topics such as self esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, friendship issues, and other mental health challenges.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with other girls who can relate to the struggles they are facing in a safe, honest, and supportive environment.

Being a teenager is hard.

In my experience as a therapist, I’ve discovered group therapy to be a powerful way to help teens like you work through struggles, overcome difficulties, and feel less alone.
Using my vast experience working with children, adolescents and adults in community mental health clinics, schools, non-profits, and group practice, I’ve helped people work through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, identity exploration, social difficulty and trauma. 


I’ve been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy from a strengths-based, attachment-oriented, trauma-informed, and systems-based approach. This allows me to provide you with the personalized care you need, so you can experience healing and meet your goals.


My groups are inclusive, safe, and empowering. Just adolescents sharing their stories, finding common ground, and growing to love themselves just as they are.
