Social Skills Group for Young Adults

An in-person group for young adults ages 18-24 who are ready to make meaningful social connections without fear of judgement or rejection.

Social skills aren’t only important for helping young adults to make friends, form personal and professional connections, and build/maintain relationships—they also play a significant role in our mental and emotional health.

Our Young Adult Social Skills Group will help you…

  • Learn how to use appropriate conversational skills and make connections with others through humor, respect, and the sharing of common interests.

  • Gain a better understanding of your peers’ emotions and help you to express your own feelings and advocate for your needs in a healthy way.

  • Become equipped with the skills to handle tough situations and conflicts, such as arguments, disagreements, rejections, disappointments, and more.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with others who can relate to you in a safe, honest, and supportive environment.
